Delivery & Shipping

Delivery/Shipping of Golf Shoe Laces and Golf Shoe Care.

We will in most cases for U.K orders ship your items via Royal Mail due to the size, weight and type of products we sell.

There is a flat rate delivery charge of £2.95 for all U.K orders. 

We do not have a collection service available.

We aim to get all orders processed and shipped within 48hrs of payment being confirmed (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays). 

Delivery/Shipping of Golf Equipment / Overseas and International Orders 

We ship worldwide. Shipping for Europe is £9.95 and £19.95 International.

Packaging

(Please note we take every safety precaution when picking and packing your order to ensure all orders are delivered to you in perfect condition. Any damage to packaging must be notified to us immediately by phone or email and supply images of the damage.

Order Tracking

If your order has not arrived with 5 working days of placing your order, please feel free to contact us via the ‘contact us’ page providing your name, email address, contact number and order number and one of our team will update you within 24hrs regarding your order status and tracking information.

Tracking information will be available once your item has been shipped depending on the type and value of your product order. We will keep you updated as best we can with delivery dates, time slots and who the courier is. Please note tracking information may not always be available.

You will be required to sign for all your parcels that we send you. In most cases though for smaller accessory items that are sent via Royal Mail will not require a signature as photo evidence and a GPS scan will be taken.
